The Life and Times of Ms Trustworthy

Hey friends, so this is a neutral kind of eye makeup which I created using the Urban Decay Naked Palette. This would look lovely with fake eyelashes but I tend not to wear them on a daily basis. Although my eyes are closed in this picture I will still post all the products such as eyeliner (for the waterline) so that you can go ahead and recreate this look.  Eyelid colour, (Inner two thirds): Urban Decay – Sin  Eyelid colour, (Outer third): Urban Decay - Toasted  Crease colour: Urban Decay – Buck. I then took Toasted and ran this through the crease too being sure to blend the colours out. To intensify the look I took Urban Decay Hustle and Urban Decay Darkhorse and worked this on the outer corner and outer crease of the eye to smoke it out. The final step for the crease was to take Urban Decay Creep on the outer corner again being sure not to pick up too much product as it makes the blending process very hard.  Brow bone highlight: Urban Decay – Virgin  Mas

Eyelid colour: Dior - Silver (Unfortunately the silver shade does not have a specific name and this palette has been discontinued. You can quite easily use any light silver shade for this.) Crease colour: Sleek – Paradise on Earth (from the Garden of Eden palette) mixed with Sleek - Purple Haze (from the Snapshots Palette)  To darken crease: Urban Decay – Gravity  Brow bone highlight: Urban Decay – Virgin  Eyeliner: MAC Blacktrack Gel Liner  Mascara: LOreal Paris Million Lashes So Couture Mascara  Waterline: Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Liner Black

CHASING DAISY For those of you who love reading, I highly recommend this book to you. Paige Toon manages to make readers of this book experience various emotions from sadness to happiness. I laughed many times whilst reading this book and it has a great summer feel to it - which is why I am recommending it to people now. I will not write what this book is about as I do not want to spoil it for those of you who may read it. Although this book has mixed reviews on many websites, I truly think it is well worth a read. ;) 

PURPLE AND SILVER EYE SHADOW LOOK: So a few days ago I wanted to wear a look which would compliment my eye colour (brown) whilst sticking to summery colours at the same time. Therefore I was inspired to create this look by using purple and silver. I am very happy with the way this look turned out, although I feel that the picture does not do enough justice. This look may seem hard to achieve but in all honesty it is relatively easy. I used high end products whilst creating this look but you can easily find cheaper products elseware. I will post a full list of products used tomorrow once I remember them all ;) Oh and I think the eyeliner is really what pulls this whole look together. 

Karrueche Tran: I love this woman because of her style and attitude. In fact, I new of Karrueche and was obsessed with her fashion trends way before she became well know since dating Chris Brown. For those of you who do not know her, she is a 27 year old model who often hosts events and also acts in Style Hauls Vanity series. Karrueche sticks to natural looking makeup and often she appears not to be wearing any at all. However, when she does decide to go glamorous, her makeup is goddess like and she is always glowing. She is sassy and classy ;)

Helloooooo and welcome. So my reason to start this blog was really just to keep myself busy and less bored. I love makeup, as I'm sure most people do. Notice I said people and not females as I know many of the top leading makeup artists are male. So I guess males love makeup too! This blog however will not be restricted to makeup and fashion. I'll share other random things on here too, from my daily adventures, to study advice and even days when things aren't going so well.
