T-Zone Charcoal & Bamboo Self Heating Mask

Image
Recently I was lucky enough to attend the Bloggers Festival in London organised by Scarlett Events. T-Zone were one of the many brands who attended the event. The T-Zone stall was one of favourite’s as those hosting were very fun, gave great information about the products and were super helpful. I picked up a sample of the self-heating mask and I used it for the first time yesterday evening.  I was impressed with how much product is included in each sachet, I actually only used half as I felt that this was enough for me to work with. I splashed my face thoroughly with warm water first before massaging the mask into my skin. The self-heating mask felt so soothing and relaxing on my face and the more you massage the product the more it heats up. I really worked the face mask into my skin and left it for a few minutes just to work its magic. The mask is not designed to dry, harden or peel-off so once the time is up you just need to wash it off with warm water.  After ...

MUOTD - Urban Decay Heat: My Makeup Look

Image
Heeeey everyone Sorry for the late blog post. Things have been super busy for me lately so it has been difficult trying to squeeze in time to add to my blog…sorry! Anyway, just thought I would share my makeup of the day with you all. I decided to go heavy and use red and orange shades from the Urban Decay HEAT palette. I am so in love with this palette and cannot believe I did not buy it sooner. I purchased it about two weeks ago from London (House of Fraser) and I have only just used it. All of the shades are so beautifully pigmented and they really compliment my skin tone so I am delighted! If you have not tried the HEAT palette yet then I really recommend you do! Go and check it out at your local store if you can. Unfortunately I live in a town where it is difficult to get your hands on good makeup, hence why I have to travel out of town or order online :( Hope you like this look and enjoy the pictures. List of shades used: - Lumbre - He Devil - Dirty Talk - Scor...

Bloggers Festival 2017

Image
This weekend I had the opportunity to attend the annual bloggers festival which was organised by Scarlett Events. The event took place in Conrad London St.James and ran from 2pm to 5pm. Initially I had no one to attend the event with, however using the power of Twitter I made a new friend called Pip and we decided to meet outside the hotel and go to the bloggers festival together. Pip was so lovely and kept me company the whole time! She was great fun and I am so glad that we connected via Twitter and have now had the opportunity to meet in real life. Please check out Pip on Twitter, she blogs about beauty, fashion and travel: @pipduma When we arrived at Conrad we were directed downstairs to where the main event was being held. On arrival we had our names checked off the guest list and we were greeted with Prosecco. Pip and I left our bags and jackets in the cloak room which was perfect as I had been naughty and brought makeup from Urban Decay beforehand - this was weighi...

Jo Malone - The English Oak: Fragrance Review

Image
I was so excited when I received the new Jo Malone fragrances through the post this week. There are two new scents available: English Oak & Hazelnut and English Oak & Redcurrant. The first scent I tried was the English Oak & Hazelnut which was pleasantly surprising. The scent was indeed strong and very 'outdoorsie' as the heavy scent of oak really does come through. Once the scent has been on the skin for a couple of minutes then you can start to notice the hazelnut. Jo Malone intended for this scent to be earthy, enticing and enchanting and I honestly think it ticks all of the boxes. This fragrance is strong and I would wear it on a night out or on a date night rather than work. The lasting time is amazing!!! I put the fragrance on at 8am and by 9pm I could still smell the lush English Oak & Hazelnut on my skin.  The English Oak & Hazelnut cologne retails for £44.00 - (30ml) or £88.00 - (100ml) The second scent I tried was the English Oak an...
